I get this everytime I try to download an app. Is this normal? If not is there anything I can do about it?

No. I have been on android for three years now and have never seen that message. Are you only using the android market or a third party app market?

You have data saver turned on.

Yes I am using the Android Market.

I did have data saver on. Turned it off and it worked! Thanks!
