Download Youtube?

I was wondering if there was an app (or two) that downloaded a youtube video and also converted that download into an mp3.

It's not a huge deal since I could always just do it on my pc and transfer it over, but I was just asking since I've been having some poor luck finding real/full/accurate songs with iMusic.

There is a couple apps in the market that allows you to download youtube, also Dolphin browser lets you download youtube as well
