Downloading Apps to SD Card??

Is there a way to configure the S3 or a third party download app that will download apps to the SD card instead of internal memory?

No, the S3 and ICS phones in general do not support downloading or moving apps to the SD card. I think there is a way to root and move them if you look around here.
