Downloading Error

having a little trouble downloading a few apps..I'm rooted running AOKP Milestone 6..

I added a screenshot of the error message I've been getting..any possible reasons why this is happening? thanks in advance.

I am getting that same exact error when trying to download anything as well. I am stock unrooted. I even went to the google play website to push the apps and theres been no activity to my phone for nearly 20 minutes. This applies to new apps, and updates.

Error comes up over network or wifi.
