downloading/saving messages via browser

On my desktop, when I see an image I want to dl/save I right click on it and it gives me an option to Save as....

how to do this on the droid? I want to test a few images off the web to use as wallpaper, and right now my only way is to dl them on my laptop or desktop and email them to myself, then access the image via my email on the droid. Too much work!

I want the option of dl/save as straight from within the browser while i'm on that webpage. Is this doable? if not, is there a workaround?

Long holding on the image will bring up an option to save the image to a file.
