Droid 1 Battery fit into Droid 2?

I am getting a Moto Droid 2 and need to know if the battery for Moto Droid 1 will fit? If not, where can I buy an OEM battery for it?

BP6X is stock battery for both the droid 1 & 2. BP7X is extended battery for droid 1 & 2.

Don't forget to pull the SD card out of your D1 and put it in the D2.

Also, the OEM BP6X is only like $6 on Amazon, just FYI.

You can buy an OEM battery from Verizon... The extended battery is $49 from them.

You wont even need an extended battery if you keep your D1 battery. You can last forever when you have two fully charged original batteries!
