Good day forum.

About two weeks ago, my rooted Droid 1 fell from my bed to the carpeted floor. Since, the screen will power on (I can see the background lights and capacitive touch buttons light up) but nothing actually appears on the screen.

I've searched Google and the forums:
http://www.droidforums.net/forum/te.../54716-phone-turns-but-just-blank-screen.html

http://www.droidforums.net/forum/tech-issues-bug-reports-suggestions/40238-blank-screen-issue.html

http://www.droidforums.net/forum/tech-issues-bug-reports-suggestions/6725-issues-screen.html

I've also checked out the How-To: Hard Reset (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/tech-issues-bug-reports-suggestions/6725-issues-screen.html) but since I can't see anything on my screen, I can't follow the steps.

I've tried taking it to Verizon, but they could do nothing, saying something about the possibility that something connecting the screen to the motherboard may have disconnected, and that it wouldn't be under warranty (which I don't have anyway, seeing as I purchased the phone used).

I've done the power cycles, battery pulls, etc. Is there anything left? Maybe actually unscrewing the thing?

Thanks for any help.
