What exactly syncs from the Droid 2 to a Google Account when it comes to settings?
I ask because of my following scenario.
I had WiFi issues, thought it was the router, tried my father's phone, no problems.
Did a factory default, loaded my Google account & the Verizon Backup thing, it remembered my WiFi information, continued to have the wireless problem.
I did another factory default, skipped EVERYTHING except the actual phone activation, went to my WiFi, and so far I haven't had a single problem.
Maybe it's the Verizon Backup throwing the corrupted data, but either way anyone know what exactly syncs that could cause this? I'm guessing I have some setting somewhere that's screwing with me, but I can't find it for the life of me.
The WiFi problem is when I'm connected, within anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes, the WiFi will stop passing data, it'll say I'm connected, but checking the WiFi setting it shows I'm connected in the WiFi enable button, but not in the WiFi Access Point selections.
