Here is the link to the new update to install just rename to update.zip place on the root of your sdcard then reboot recovery and install update.zip

My Droid 2 is rooted on stock and I just received the ota today. I haven't removed any bloat or did anything to it except rooting it. Can I install the ota update and then use the one click to root it again?

No, if you are rooted the update will not install. You'll have to SBF and then update and the re-root. I did it last night.
