Droid 2 Randomly Shutting Off

I've had my Droid 2 for about 2 weeks now and I keep having a recurring problem: the phone has randomly shut off on me about 5-6 times with my battery life greater than 50%.

I have heard that task killers may be a cause, and I do have ATK. Could this be the problem?

Task killers are no good especially when set to auto kill, so you should stop using it. What are the parameters of the phone shutting off? Like what programs do you have running and is there some sort of pattern.
