Droid 2 restarts itself in standby

Alright, here is my problem... I just got this new D2 from verizon...

The phone is rebooting itself only when the battery is discharging and the screen is off. I've had it on for like 2 hours doing stuff and not a single reboot. I put it into standby and about 5-10 minutes later, the phone reboots itself.

It was doing this with rooted stock, Apex, and now Squidley...

Another thing I should mention is that my previous phone was an X but I did a fresh download of all apps not a titanium restore. The SD card is from the X though... could that be messing something up?

Any ideas or advice to fix this would be great

A quick update on this: A little more description of what it is doing.

The phone will restart (display M logo and then the droid animation and boot back to LPP) 30 seconds to 1 minute after turning off the screen via the power button at the top. This is happening regardless of whether it was just rebooted or whether it's been on and running for awhile. However, it does NOT reboot if I have music streaming in the background with the screen off, nor does it reboot when the phone is plugged in. Maybe a battery problem?

I'm going to SBF after a couple hours of sleep, unless anyone has a better idea before then.

Alright, I did a full SBF and complete phone/SD card wipe and it's still doing it. Must be a phone/battery problem. I'm taking it back to the local Verizon store now...

Alright, im back from verizon and they gave me a new phone which is already working much better than the last one. Don't think it was just the battery since everything on this phone has been working much much smoother. I didn't realize how much was wrong until I was given this one.

So, problem solved.
