Ok I have searched and am not finding this issue anywhere so either I am the only one having it or I am just not smart enought to find it. Anyway when I get a voice mail I can;t find the Visual voicemail app. I found it in the android store? and downloaded it only to be told my "Your phone comes with built in Visual voice mail features, For the best experience, Please uninstall this version of the application" So I cant find another VVM app where do I find it. Also I went through my phone keypad by pressing and holding 1 to retrieve my voicemail no problem but then recieved 2 or 3 texts from I assume Verizon with a link in them that I press and get nothing. The link and text message are

I am also getting other shorter versions of the same text.
If I click the highlighted link it opens the browser and starts loading only to finally get to a "Web page not available"
Any suggestions or workarounds?
