Droid 3 corporate sync with exchange server not syncing contact picture icon

Used Droid since first introduced and updated to Droid 3 .. Not happy I had to replace my self signed SSL certificate with a real one in order to connect to corporate sync but find the size, speed, real keyboard, and quality to be excellent .. Only problem I can't seem to find a solution for is my contact pictures do not sync .. Does anyone know if that is a flaw in the software, a setting, or some incompatibility? .. Windows exchange 2003 .. Thanks for your help ..

Exchange Contact Picture Sync

I have just picked up two Droid 3 for my office. They both have done the same thing, none of the pictures synced with the contacts? Anyone else have this same issue, or fix?

Has anybody found a solution to this? I have a Bionic and I am having the same issue...not having the contact images from Outlook may be a deal breaker for me. I have until Monday to return this phone...
