Is there a way to upgrade on Amazon while keeping the exact plan you have? I have the Nationwide Talk & Text 450 plan with a $20 discount from when Verizon was offering that special deal some months back, and I don't want to lose my discount.

Are you sure about the no-tax?

When I ordered mind last week from Verizon, it was 149.99, but the tax was based on the full purchase price ($459) making it almost $200.00.

waiting till costco gets them. they will be less expensive and have better return policy and come with case and car charger. costco does this for all phones.

There seems to be some sort of disconnect on the pricing through Verizon. For no reason I can ascertain it is 199.99 for some people and 149.99 for others. Pretty sure it isn't some left over NE2 either.

I think the $149 price is for people with a NE2. I upgraded from being out of contract on a 1-year contract. Not sure how I ended up with paying $189.:icon_eek:

It's 199 at the store too.

I got it for 149.99 with new upgrade and business account, so it was 187 with tax, case, and screen protectors (all of which I got a couple dollars off with the discount too.).

Does anyone know if you get one threw wirefly.com for $149.99 they have this Renew/Upgrade my Contract Option, does that mean I can renew my contract (meaning the 2 years would start now instead of when we signed up in December) and I can get the phone for $149.99? Or does it mean something totally else?

The price you get depends on where you are in your contract. I was one month away from my loyalty discount and I got it for $149.
