Droid 3 - High memory with no apps

Just got a Droid 3 a couple of weeks. The phone gets hot when I try to run any app, specially when I run Fring. Apps like Tom Cat and Paper Toss also warm up the phone. Recently installed Memory Booster and i find my Free Memory is just 15% and I have like 30+ apps running. Apps I don't really care about like World Clock, Contacts Storage, TTS Service, Maps, Task Manager, DLNA. I had more installed apps and games on my Droid 2. With just the 3-4 installed apps this phone gets really hot and restarts. Need help.

Try a factory reset. If that doesn't work then might need a replacement.
