So since there's a leaked update out there should I install it or should I just wait till the offical one comes out? And also. Im rooted and froze alot of bloatware so will I need to unfreeze those if I do a update?

Its best to wait for the official. It'll be out before the end of the month. My guess is before the end of next week.

And yes, you need to unfreeze all bloatware otherwise the update will fail.

Overclocking your phone only burns up your battery faster, how much speed do you need? Then you are at the mercy of developers with beta roms that are glitchy. It is fun and cool but rooting is very overrated just wait for the official update, that's my advice anyhow...

It will read that your phone already has the update, even if it is a beta update meant for developers. Plus you might void warranties and insurance.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Would you rather take the official OTA if it has a patch for the root exploit?... then you wouldn't have root!
