Droid 3 turns on by its self

For the past few weeks most every time I turn off my droid 3 with in a minutes it turns its self back on. I then again shut it down and then it usuaaly stays off. Anyone know whats causing this? thanks, Dave

Not sure what's causing it but I had the same problem. I contacted Verizon tech support and told me to do a factory reset and reprogram. Give that a try it worked for me, haven't had a problem since. Sucks that I lost a lot of data that can't be backed up without rooting. Hope this helps.
