Droid 3

Hey guys,

I was reading on this site right here: http://www.magnam0d.com/blog/?p=350 that there may be a DROID 3 coming out sometime.

I was just wondering if anybody had any ideas on when it would be released and are you guys going to upgrade from droid 2's to droid 3's when they come out?

This threads just down the page. There's probably a few news posts about it in the news section to. I know that same news was reported in the news section as I saw it there earlier. It was supposed to be released this month and got pulled for some reason. No one knows why for sure.

It's not too weird since that's basically Verizon's standard operating procedure these days.

Coming from an OG Droid I'm still not sure if I want to get the DX2 or go with the D3. Either way I'm going to be paying full retail.

The Droid 3 was never scheduled to be released this month. The target date has been next month for quite some time. It makes sense considering the Droid 2 dropped around a month after the Droid X. The Droid X2 is supposed to be released this month with the Droid 3 next month.

Funny the droid 3 is coming out and I'm still rolling with the D1. These companies are releasing phones faster than they need to.
