Droid Calendar and Google Calendar - Syncing in Reverse

I have my google calendar synced with my droid 2 no problem. I just noticed however that my phone has its own calendar, and does not sync with my google account. When I make a new event it only shows up on the phone and does not update to my google calendars. Do i have to reenter everything on my PC? Or is there an easy fix?

BUMP!

I have a similar problem. I put events in on my phone, they don't show up on my google calendar (even when everything else syncs properly), then eventually the event is deleted from my phone. Ack.

Any ideas?
