Droid Email Setup - Problem Sending??

Have several email accounts.
-Work account is sync'd with work server - no problems.
-Gmail account - no problems.
-Mindspring.com (earthlink) accounts will receive email without issues, but I can't send email from them. Had no issues with blackberry and those accounts and they work fine with Outlook.

If I have the email settings set up to match my Outlook settings, shouldn't it work? Any idea as to what I might have screwed up?
