Droid help

Hello,
I recently got the droid for 2 or three weeks and im still very new to it. I need help because i got an animatio and it doesnt work can anyone help me with this? Is there a way to make ani/ations work? And when i resend the animations to others it works for them. Please help thanks in advanced, i really apreciate it.
