Droid Inc ---- phone call screen annoyances

Phone call screen annoyance, i make a call after 4 secs the screen goes dark, i have to twist the phone around to see it light up and enter my voice mail password. Also the slide down to answer slide up ignore sucks.

Is there an app or skin I can replace this with?
