Droid Incredible keeps jumping to Recent Apps screen

I have a Droid Incredible running Android 2.2. It keeps jumping randomly to the Recent Apps screen and occasionally seems to get slow or lock up. Anyone have a solution?

You have probably been long touching the home button.

I'm having the same issue and I am not long pressing the home key. Any help for this?
