Droid Incredible only syncing one way with Google Calendar

I'm using the default Calendar App on my Incredible and am trying to sync to my Google Calendar. This in only working one way. Entries that are entered online into Google Calendar appear on my phone's calendar, but entries that I enter into my phone'c calendar do not appear on Google.

I assume I'm missing a setting somewhere, but can't find it. Any help appreciated.

You have to select your gmail address when you set a calendar event instead of pc sync.
