DROID keeps shutting down

My DROID Razr fully charged shuts down for no reason I can see. I have to hold the power button to start it up. That doesn't always work right away. Shorlly after that it shuts down again. Doesn't always do this no obvious interval. I must have messed it up somehow.

Any similar experience . . .ideas?

Yikes. I'd get it replaced if it were mine.
