On droid-life.com they ran a test on the Shadow using an app called Quadrant. I searched the Market for it and downloaded it to run a test on mine. Everyone is always posting their linpack numbers....was curious as to how everyone's numbers would compare running this (Quadrant) test....

Here's mine..
CyanogenMod 5.0.7.1 with bekit 0.8.4 1100mhz LV kernal. (updated...set min/max to 1100 in SetCPU)

Update....new 1200 kernal (jdlfg) (first kernal I could run 1200mhz successfully)

Now THAT sucks...!!

I've got a Verizon Wireless DROID - running 2.1.1, and after doing a full evaluation of my device, the benchmark read BELOW the standard Droid option on the chart... BETWEEN the Droid and the HTC Magic... at only 343.

NOT very impressive, if you ask me.

EDIT: I shut down ALL but the launcherPRO and the testing software app, and it rendered a better 349 - ABOVE that if the DROID. and below the Xperia X10i. Odd.

Perhaps it will be far better - once we get 2.2 in a short bit... and SURELY FAR better toward the end of the year - once Gingerbread is out.

I have no idea what any of this means, but if you guys want to know I "scored" a 355 on a completely stock 6 month old Droid. Is that good, bad, or indifferent?
