Droid Random Outgoing Calls and Voice Command

I just got a Motorola Droid Razr and sometimes when I plug my headphones in to play music, randomly during a song, my phone calls a person or opens up voice command. Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm having the same problem. My phone goes to voice command, or worse, starts calling people when the headphone cord is bumped. I have repeated this with Skullcandy and iPhone buds. I have also repeated it with computer speakers and a 3.5 to RCA cord.

I had this problem and the headset blocker app stopped it. Of course, it also prevents you from using the headset controls, so it isn't exactly a "fix."
