Droid Razr has no signal at all

I just got a Droid Razr in February, it has worked fine up until 2 or 3 days ago. Now it has no signal what so ever and only shows gray bars. When I am at work, it has 4G. At home it has no signal. My wife has the same exact phone and her phone has 3G the whole time she is at the house, and has a signal. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I have similar issues with my Razr, No Fix yet.
Verizon's only option is Trade in your New phone for a USED/Refurbished one...Not going to work, for me.

I would try a factory data reset. It sucks I know, but at least by doing this, you wither fix the issue or know you need a different device.
.settings, privacy, factory data reset. Do not erase the SD card
