Droid RAZR HD Update Fails

So for the past few days, I have been trying to update OTA my Droid RAZR HD to 9.18.94 from 9.18.79 and it always fails a quarter of the way through. I found the OTA snatcher and OTA verifier on Google play and used those to get the below errors. If you could please help me figure out what all this means and how I could fix it I would really appreciate it!
