Ok, so I own a Droid Razr M and have used it since July '13. About 2 weeks ago I abruptly couldn't make any phone calls. At the same time, text messages were having trouble sending as well. When I go to make a call, the screen will stay saying "Dialing" and eventually "Could not connect, retry?" I called tech support and they restarted everything on their end and I also got a new sim card from my local VZW store. Also, I noticed in Mobile Network Settings that it was set in Global and not LTE so I switched and service was found faster than before but it did not fix my calling problem. I'm thinking it's beyond repair and I'll just pay the $90 replacement fee to get a new one. This is a last ditch effort. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
