Droid Razr Maxx says it synced more files than I even have. How is this possible?

I synced my songs from my MacBook Pro to my brand new Droid Razr Maxx. I have 22,845 songs on my computer but when it synced it said it had synced over 35,000+ songs. There do not appear to be any repeats, so where are all of these songs coming from? Where did they go? Will this slow down my phone?

It may be a non issue, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks in advance!

Did you sync them via motocast (not that that necessarily matters)? Except with moto you can tell it which folders to sync from. If you don't specify which folder then it will sync every single sound file in your PC including non music files.
