Droid RAZR MAXX wont get off of reboot.

Hello. I am new to the forums so I would just like to say that I am not sure if this goes here but it made the most sense to me. anyways I have a Droid RAZR MAXX and it has been giving me problems . earlier today it tried to reboot itself and it just doesn't get off of the last part of the start up screen. I tried holding the power+the volume down to force rstart it but it just does the same thing. any help would be so helpful! thanks.

Pull the sim card and micro SD card.. plug it in to the charger...hold both volume uP and down and presses then power button...see if it boots into the recovery menu..

If it does.. from there try holding power down and let the phone filly shut off...

Then try to power it back on...if it still stalls. Try the volume UP and down and power, then when you see a menu. Select recovery.. see the m...then the android with an triangle.. press volume up and down at the same time.... then it should go into a menu with several options...now use the volume down key to select wipe data factory data reset. Press power to select it. .
