18 month old battery seemed to stop charging - I read a bunch of threads about calibration - charged the old battery by taking it out and connecting wires to it and it charged. Put it back into the phone and it would not charge - no lightning bolt on the battery icon. Guy at Verizon Store guessed it needed a new battery.
I got a new oem battery , installed it and I still see no lightning bolt but the phone seems to work fine otherwise.
The battery is at 50% charge out of the bag and seems to be authentic OEM
Using a new oem battery
OEM wall charger and cable - no lightning bolt
same charger connected to my droid x and I see the lightning bolt.
Any help would be appreciated.
Is my droid razor now a coaster?
