Droid Reboots While Recording Video

Pixelator

New Member
I've looked and (may have missed), but haven't seen another thread with the same issue. I can only get about 15 seconds of video recording before the video freezes and the Droid completely reboots. I'm running DroidMod 1.0 and have had no other problems. Any help is much appreciated.

I'd suggest upgrading to a 2.1 ESE53 ROM, none that I know have this issue. Droidmod is outdated anyway.

I've had that issue and found that it usually happens if youre overclocked too high. Every time I would try to record above 1000mhz I would run into freezes and reboots when recording video but once I dropped below that everything was fine. If you are oc'd I suggest dropping to 550 or 600 depending on your kernel and try until you find its limit.
