Droid Turbo Clipboard?

I don't think there's a "clipboard" per se. Like in Windows, cut/copied stuff goes to memory to be pasted. In Windows you are used to opening a clipboard program and you can see your stuff. Turbo doesn't come with a "clipboard" app. Clearing it (so to speak) is no problem. Turn the phone off. Not trying to be a clown, I'm being serious. Shut the phone off... It's gone.

Thank you..
