Droid Verizon prepaid questions?

I don't really know where to put this, but if its in the wrong place, sorry. =D

Just a few questions.

How much would it cost per month? Like Text, Talk, and Data.

And if I were to go into the store I'd have to buy a phone full price right, or are they going to start selling them straight out cheaper directed at prepaid?
