Droid will only restart

Been back and forth between Chevys and P3Droid kernels to see if it makes a different but nothing.

the deal is that when I want to shut the phone off. It won't, It may hang or may not but it won't shut down, it will restart on its own.

Removed Antivirus software just to see but that wasn't it.

Any ideas?
