Droid won't boot...

Hi. My rooted Droid X suddenly froze on me. A yellow exclamation inside a white triangle appeared and now I can't boot. I've pulled the battery, pressed up and down volume and the power button- nothing happens.

I'd appreciate any help.

Did you try up and down volume at the same time? That takes you to factory recovery. You might have to spf i believe its called on the x.

Yes, I managed to get to the menu, selected factory reset, it simply returned me to the same screen. Each item I select does the same thing.
