Droid won't start, cylces on dual core technology screen

Hello,

My droid razr maxx won't start. When I press the power button,the dual core technology screen appears, after some time the screen goes blank. Then the dual core technology screen appears and it keeps cycling this way.

I tried the soft reset button but this did not work help.

Any suggestions.
