Hey I was wondering if someone could educate me in this. Like I know what the ghZ do but what get is the other things such as voltage, governer, etc...

Voltage is how much power it consumes...governor you're gonna have to Google, all I know is performance = Max ghz always, and the others bounce up and down depending on what you're doing and things like that.
