Droid X Black Screen

I recently did a factory reset on my "rooted Droid-x (Z4 ROOT) The phone rebooted to a black home screen without any apps. The menu button does not respond, however it will respond to voice commands, receive phone calls and e-mails and is able to connect to wifi. phone isn't quiet dead but is hanging on for life. Any suggestions.

having the same problem.

anyone got any solution? I'm guessing somehow everything got deleted when I did the hard reset. Is there anyway of installing or formatting the phone back to original setting by using a software out there?
