I placed my order online at 2:42 yesterday, expecting to receive my X this morning with the overnight shipping. After not receiving a tracking number or a phone, I just called customer service. He told me that everyone who got their order in before 2:30 EST would get their phones shipped out right away, while the next batch will be shipped out on the 23rd.
So I missed the cutoff by twelve minutes...the rep did say he would compensate me for shipping charges, I'll probably call back and try to get a discount also as when I ordered it said I would receive my phone by 10:30 AM today.
