Droid X Lock Issues

Hey Guys, after installing 2.2, i don't get the slider lock any more. I have to lock/unlock from the power button but the problem with that is that it gets unlocked by the home button as well. Any idea how to get the slider back?

I have the same, but when I put pattern lock on brings back the slider and pattern lock. won't lock the screen when calls are incoming.
