droid x problems

[Jug the Thug]

i took my first picture yesterday on 2.3.3 and now all my pictures are gone in the camera roll. i took a video on 2.2 and it said error cannot play this type file and then updated to 2.3 and then without doing anything the phone deleted all my videos. people have told me even when i was on 2.2 that my phone skips words in convos and they simply cant hear me.
