Droid x Replacement phone

Well my DX failed again and a teck walked me through a factory reset, third time in 4 weeks. Various things would stop working, Nav, "all" email accounts and other things. They are sending me a new phone , getting it Tuesday. In the mean time to send email if it is necessary to send, I pull the battery and reinstall it, doing that everything about the phone works perfect, however, after about 12 to 24 hours it then fails again. I have two apps I paid for and was wondering how to get them back and into the new phone, or is that not possible. Anyone know if it is and how to do it.

The apps should be stored in your gmail acccount. when you log in to that account with the new phone I think the apps should automatically be downloaded.
