Droid X Screen not responding

Just bought a droid x off of craigslist. 30% of the time I turn it on, the screen shows up, but is unresponsive to touch. Turning the screen off and then back on solves the problem, but it is super annoying.

Is this a known issue or did I get a busted droid x?
