Droid x system version and my marketplace.

Hey guys, in my about phone screen it says I'm on system version 2.3.320 and my android version is 2.2.1. Isn't it suppose to be 2.3.340? It doesn't show I have an update available or anything. Also, my marketplace isn't showing some of the apps that I want to download. Like for instance espn fantasy football and mabilo ringtones aren't showing up. Anybody have a solution?
