droid x touchscreen/random reboot

I have a problems with my droid x1
1:screen gliches when charging but not when running on battery for example when charging i cant slide the unlock side it gos halfway and then its like if i let go. And after a few tries the touchscreen just dosmt respond to my touches it also doesnt let me scroll down. Is there a way gow to fix dis amd how? Thx in advance.and droid x reboots randomly

I would wipe data in android recovery
or flash 621 sbf

Im tellin u my screen glitches while charging im replying while charging

and I'm telling you if wiping data did not work, flash the 621 sbf.
Using RSD Lite to flash a .SBF to restore (Stock Rom)
if that does not work it's hardware failure.
