Droid X Ver. 2.2 Video Camera Light Issue?

I just purchased a Droid X from Verizon with version 2.2 and the issue I'm having is with the video camera light. When I turn the light on both lights will work for about 12 seconds then one light turns off or start blinking which looks bad when I play back my videos because you can see it blinking on the subject.

Any advice or suggestions before I take the phone back?
