Droid X vs. another?

I am getting tired of my Droid1 and I'm looking at other options. The DroidX looks awesome because of the features & price at the $99 price point.


Are there any other phones I should wait for that will be coming down in price soon or is this already the price drop from the CES wave and the new phones that are coming out?

If I were you I would wait for the Thunderbolt or Bionic as they are both 4g capable and the Bionic is dual-core
Edit: I just realized you wanted a phone with a price drop, it will be a while before the ones coming out lower in price

The Droid X is *very* nice, and the locked bootloader is fairly easy to work around. Rooting the DX is easy, and well worth the effort.

I ordered the DX today. It will be here on Tuesday. Same day as my new pistol so I get two things to play with. :0)
